Your use of the Passbyte Platform is solely at your own risk, including the risk of encountering content that may be deemed objectionable or inappropriate.

Driver Obligations

All drivers are required to:

• Drive safely and abstain from alcohol or drug use while operating their vehicle.
• Maintain the cleanliness of their vehicles at all times.
• Adhere to the community guidelines established by Passbyte.

Failure to comply with these obligations will result in deactivation from the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

To utilize the Services, you must first accept these Terms, which can be done by:

• Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is presented to you in the user interface for any Service provided by Passbyte; or
• Actively using the Services, whereby you acknowledge and agree that Passbyte will consider your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that moment forward.

II. Definitions

• Customer: Refers to you, the individual utilizing the Services, for purposes such as sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, or uploading information, views, or images. This term also encompasses individuals who participate jointly in using the Services.

• Content: Encompasses reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, nearby places, and all other forms of information or data. "Your Content" or "Customer Content" refers to content that you upload, share, or transmit through or in connection with the Services, including likes, ratings, reviews, images, messages, chat communications, profile information, and any other materials that you publicly display or are displayed in your account profile. "Passbyte Content" includes content created by Passbyte and made available in connection with the Services, such as visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports, and other usage-related data associated with your account, excluding Your Content and Third Party Content. "Third Party Content" refers to content originating from entities other than Passbyte or its Customers and made available through the Services.
